How are you sealing plywood form joints to keep fins and bugholes down on short wall pours? I’m running 3/4 in. MDO with 2x4 walers at 16 in. o.c., snap ties at 24 in., 5 in. slump, pouring about 3 ft/hr with a 1–1/2 in. pencil vibrator, and I’ve tried polyurethane caulk and foam tape but still getting hairline fins at panel seams — worth switching to a thin EPDM gasket or backer rod + sealant, or is my pour rate/vibration the culprit?
